Because every piece of gear is custom-crafted to your specific order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. >
Damaged or Defective Gear: If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, notify us at hq@apresleisure.shop within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will forge a replacement and ship it to you at no additional cost.
Sizing: Please consult the sizing charts on each product page before confirming your order, as we cannot offer refunds for sizing errors.
